The camp boss is in charge of overseeing the camp personnel, including housekeeping staff, janitors, and other support staff.
- The Camp Boss is responsible for and scheduling of the staff members, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Developing and implementing camp policies and procedures
- Supervising and training camp staff
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Organizing and coordinating camp activities
- Monitoring and evaluating camp performance
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
