Key Duties:
1. **Cargo Brokerage**: Engage in the negotiation and execution of drybulk cargo contracts, ensuring optimal terms for clients and the company.

2. **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

3. **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering top-notch brokerage services.

4. **Voyage Planning**: Collaborate with ship owners, operators, and charterers to plan and coordinate efficient voyage routes and schedules.

5. **Risk Management**: Assess and mitigate potential risks related to cargo transportation, implementing effective risk management strategies.

6. **Documentation**: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation, adhering to industry regulations and standards.

7. **Contractual Agreements**: Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements related to drybulk cargo shipments, ensuring compliance and legal soundness.

8. **Communication**: Facilitate clear communication between all relevant parties, including clients, shipping companies, and internal departments.

9. **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve issues that may arise during cargo transportation, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

10. **Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success and efficiency of drybulk cargo operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in drybulk cargo ship broking.
- In-depth knowledge of the cargo side of the drybulk shipping industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and contractual agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
