Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates NMDC Construction Full time

Ø With a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a logistics superintendent in construction/ precast industry, preferably in the Precast construction industry from UAE or other GCC.

Ø Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar.

Ø State-approved license.

Ø Oversee smooth run of internal shifting of precast elements, Precast Stocking and Daily deliveries to sites.

Ø Preparation of Lifting Plan and follow up of PTW, Risk assessment and other lifting required.

Ø Follow up of Lifting machinery maintenance.

Ø Supervise Logistic work and train Lifting staff.

Ø Following Deliveries & shifting work.

Ø Maintain logistics procedure rules.

Ø Follow up stocking procedure and loading schedule and trailers order after receiving loading schedule.

Ø Arrangement of workflow within department in both shifts.

Ø Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

Ø Perform root cause analyses and extract lessons learned.

Ø Pass the lessons learned to his team and make sure not to happen again.

Ø Always update his line manager with field work and plan with him how to perform the work.

Ø Make sure all manpower utilized perfectly and for any new requirements to request threw HR team.

Ø Coordinate with other departments whenever needed.

Ø Participate in weekly or monthly HSE walkthroughs with your area HSE staff as per the plans.

Ø Provide safe plant, tools, and equipment to the workers.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From AED9,750.00 per month
