Mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of the bar and dining room following standard recipes and procedures.
- Arranging glasses and bottles to maintain an attractive display
- Ensuring the bar is set up properly by opening time with or without the assistance of the bar back
- Following beverage standard recipes of Chalet Berezka while preparing drinks
- Working in collaboration with FOH staff to keep the bar area clean
- Taking beverage orders from FOH members
- Slicing fruit for garnishing drinks;
- Maintaining proper stock in Bar Station ( Maintain Par Levels;)
- Maintaining inventories, keep records of spoilage, transfers and other records
- Training new colleagues according to the appropriate standards
- Making sure to have the proper amount of Utensils& Cups ready to serve
- Coordinating with the Floor/ Bar Supervisors during service
- Checking expiry dates and abiding by health and safetry measures
- Submitting weekly reports of shifts & breakages to the BAr Supervisor/ Manager
- Following maintenance and cleaning procedures for all equipment on Bar Supervisor/ Manager

- Making sure that closing a station is done in a discreet and quite manner so as not to impede on the dining experience of any remaining guests in the restaurant
- Attending to work fully dressed as per Chalet Berezka standards and paying attention to his personal hygiene
- Attending briefings, trainings & staffs meeting as requested by the management
- Maintaining effective employee working relationships
- Complying with the company policies & procedures
- Performing duties as requested by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
