PACE Modern British School is a new school in the PACE Education Group offering the UK National Curriculum for children aged 3-18.

Due to increased demand and school expansion, we are seeking committed, dynamic and passionate teacher to join and grow with our international team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic EAL teacher who will help develop the overall English ability of the students across the school. This person will have a high understanding of how to teach English as an Additional Language. They will be able to identify gaps and needs within a focus group and develop appropriate planning to support the English development of the focus group. They will work collaboratively alongside both the classroom teacher, as well as the Inclusion Department to help develop the overall English ability across the school.

Job responsibilities:

- Identifying English ability levels within a selected focus group
- Determining group gaps and targets for each individual focus growth
- Developing a progressive plan for each focus group alongside teachers and leadership
- Delivering structured English lessons per week, per focus group
- Working collaboratively alongside teachers and the Inclusion department to plan and track individual student progress within the selected focus groups
- Working alongside the Inclusion Department as a collaborative team to help support student growth across the whole school
- To promote and develop inclusion throughout the whole school
