Jr. Accountant

Job Description:
Ø Continuous Follow ups and Coordination with Service Teams and Hire Desk Controller to facilitate the job more convenient and to avoid any misperceptions

Ø Contact customers to obtain or relay account information like LPOs or any other documents for smooth billing on time.

Ø Negotiate and obtain better supplier and terms from time to time.

Ø Ensure timely records of customer payments in the books of Accounts

Ø Research and reconcile customer-billing discrepancies.

Ø Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.

Ø Keep and maintain the Customer File up to date with all supporting documents.

Ø Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and recorded amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.

Ø To Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of services.

Ø Prepare Monthly Reports to the Management

Ø Provide technical support and advice on management for areas of improvement.

Ø Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures

Ø Support and assist month-end and year-end close process

Ø Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise

Ø Reinforce Financial data confidentially and conduct data backup when necessary

Ø Comply with financial policies and regulations

Ø All other tasks as per the management entails

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
