Workshop Incharge

Our Company is Ras Al Khor is looking for Garage / Workshop Incharge.

Only male applicants will be entertained.

Company will provide company visa, insurance, accommodation and transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Conduct audit of maintenance and workshop operations for quality review.
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
- Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools, equipment and expendables.
- Oversee maintenance activities across multiple maintenance teams.
- Oversee on-the-road recovery operations for breakdowns.
- Perform on-the-job coaching to team members.
- Plan maintenance schedules and resources.
- Plan work activities and manpower.
- Propose and implement workflow initiatives to improve the efficiency of vehicles, equipment and machine maintenance.
- Review inspection and maintenance records to ensure accurate information is compiled for reporting.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
