**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Social Media Strategy Development: _

Design, execute, and optimize a dynamic social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity. Focus on growth, engagement, and community-building across platforms.
- _Content Creation & Curation:_

Lead the creation of engaging, visually appealing content—including images, videos, blogs, and infographics—that highlights our services, projects, and industry insights. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- _Community Engagement:_

Build and nurture a vibrant social media community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback. Foster positive relationships and create a welcoming environment for current and potential clients.
- _Social Media Advertising:_

Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), continually optimizing for maximum engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- _Analytics & Reporting:_

Monitor, measure, and analyze key performance metrics across social channels to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved performance.
- _Influencer & Partnership Marketing:_

Identify, engage, and collaborate with industry influencers, interior designers, architects, and other key stakeholders to extend our brand reach and enhance engagement.
- _Trend Spotting:_

Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and industry shifts. Leverage insights to keep content fresh and in line with current consumer interests.
- _Cross-Team Collaboration:_

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- _Crisis Management:_

Proactively manage potential social media crises by monitoring sentiment, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a professional tone during sensitive situations.
- _Budget & Resource Management:_

Oversee and manage the social media budget, including content production, paid media campaigns, and influencer collaborations, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- _Platform-Specific Strategy:_

Tailor strategies to each social media platform, leveraging their unique features (Instagram Stories, LinkedIn Articles, Facebook Groups, etc.) to maximize engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
- Experience in using social media management tools and analytics tools.
- Skilled in creating visually captivating content (photo editing, video production, animation).
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
- Bonus: Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
