**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Analyzing and preparing a report of financial data
- Ensure all records are filled, complied, and maintained as per the documented procedure.
- Arrange daily, weekly, annual production reports.
- Plan and control all production consumables to prevent shortages and downtime.
- Control and Monitor Production WIP
- Liaise with different department to immediately resolve production issues.
- Ensures production equipment and the validity of all appropriate test’s certificates.
- Looks out for conditions/ situations which causes environmental/ health problems or likely to cause.
- Maintaining and updating ledger entries
- Compiling and presenting weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinating with the accounting team to prepare the budget.
- Assisting with internal/external audits and tax reports
- Processing and maintaining tax payment receipts.
- Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies in the financial report
- Acting as an intermediary between clients and the internal accounting department
- Entering information into databases
- Ensuring all financial reports and data are accurate.
- Adhering to the State and Federal regulations when performing accounting duties
- Cross-checking invoices for accuracy
- Performing inventory management

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally & Oracle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Superb presentation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- A critical thinker and displaying troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
