**Naviparking**, a leading provider of digital parking solutions, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented **Junior Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team in the MENA region.

**About the Role**:
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored specifically for the MENA market. You'll leverage your expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and brand management to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies** that resonate with the unique characteristics and preferences of the MENA audience.
- **Craft compelling social media campaigns** across various platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
- **Create high-quality content** (blogs, articles, social media posts) that reflects the Naviparking brand identity and delivers value to the audience.
- **Design persuasive client pitches** that showcase the benefits of our digital parking solutions and secure new partnerships.
- **Manage brand consistency** across all touchpoints (physical and digital) within the MENA region.
- **Actively seek out and participate in relevant industry events and conferences** to showcase Naviparking's offerings and network with potential clients and partners.
- **Identify and develop strategic partnerships** to expand Naviparking's network and reach in the MENA market.
- **Oversee Naviparking locations on Google Maps** and manage online advertising and reviews.
- **Maintain brand consistency across all parking locations** and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Conduct competitor analysis** to understand market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Perform regular site visits** to monitor project progress and address any issues (optional, depending on company structure).

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the MENA market and its digital landscape.
- Strong social media marketing skills with experience across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to write engaging and informative copy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
