**Job Summary**:
The F&B Project Manager is responsible for building the planning and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of F&B (Food and Beverage) projects within the organization.

They will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that F&B projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The F&B Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and drive the success of F&B initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans for F&B initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements and budgets in collaboration with CEO.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including chefs, kitchen staff, service staff, and other F&B professionals with others departments, to ensure efficient project execution.
- **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate resources effectively to support F&B projects, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure F&B-related goods and services as needed for project implementation.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and Company requirements
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and other relevant industry standards throughout all stages of project execution.
- **Financial Management**:Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs to ensure F&B projects remain within budgetary constraints.
- **Risk Management**:Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- **Change Management or Contactor**: Adapt project plans as necessary in response to changing requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address project issues promptly and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- **Reporting Communication**: Communicate project progress, milestones, and issues to CEO regularly and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within F&B operations, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in project management within the F&B industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including culinary techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., SERV Safe) is desirable.
- UAE driving License is essential.
- Working Conditions: This position may require occasional travel to project sites, vendor locations, or industry events.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules and deadlines.

**Salary**: AED9,000.00 per month
