**Job Title**:MEP Draughtsman - Interior Fit Out**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed MEP technical drawings in line with design specifications
- Ensure efficient integration of MEP systems within interior spaces
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution
- Adhere strictly to industry regulations and standards during drafting processes
- Resolve conflicts and address on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams as required
- Conduct thorough reviews of MEP layouts to optimize spatial utilization
- Stay abreast of advancements in MEP technologies and industry best practices
- Assist in material scheduling and cost estimation for MEP components
- Communicate progress and address MEP-related concerns in project meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a MEP Draftsman in the UAE, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local availability with a cancelled or visit visa.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional professional certifications related to MEP Draftsman.

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and communication skills.
