**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates for a School Operations Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can provide operational support for our school. The School Operations Officer will work closely with the school's management team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
- Maintaining the school building and grounds, and ensuring safety, security, cleanliness, and sustainability are top priorities.
- Provide operational support and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Assist with budget and financial planning.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and address concerns.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure efficient resource usage.
- Lead initiatives promoting environmental sustainability across the school site.
- Administrative support.

**Qualifications**
- An undergraduate degree is required related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an educational institution in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines
- Strong team player and able to work independently when necessary
