Data Entry Clerk

**Company Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively reach out to new and existing customers to promote freight forwarding services.
- Enter customer data, prepare quotes, and handle client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries about rates, quotations, and services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring follow-ups on all leads.
- Compile and verify data to ensure accuracy when preparing quotes for customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while pushing sales and achieving set targets.
- Keep all customer information confidential and secure.
- Ensure the proper use of office equipment and address any technical malfunctions.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree** is required.
- Fluency in **English** (written and spoken) is essential.
- **Sales experience** (preferably in freight forwarding or logistics) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work **night shifts** (USA hours).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel) is required.
- Must have strong communication skills and be a quick learner.

- **USA Time Zone (Night Shift)**:
- Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM (UAE Time)
- Saturday: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM if needed once or twice
- Sunday: Off
**Leave Days**:
- As per **USA holiday schedule**.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
