We are looking for a talented and experienced barmaid/woman bartender and barista to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and serving unique and delicious cocktails and coffee providing exceptional service to our patrons and ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere at our establishment.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**For Barmaid / Bartender.**
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, building rapport and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations.

**For Barista.**
- Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Prepare beverages following recipes.
- Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep the bar area clean.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barmaid, woman bartender, or barista.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in alcohol safety training (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
