Your prime responsibility will be to make sure the shop reception areas is always presentable, professional, warm and welcoming.
Greet guests and provide them with high level of customer service.
Understand the purpose of visit and guide them accordingly
Politely answer all incoming calls and queries.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand Customer requirements and close sales.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
