Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lubricant and Oil Grease Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our lubricant and oil grease products to a diverse customer base. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer reach.

Work Experience:

- Min 7+ Years Experience in UAE, Lubricant and Oil Grease Sales Representative, and currently residing in UAE.
- Experiences : local sales & Export international
- Bachelors in MBA

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential customers in various industries such as automotive, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our lubricant and oil grease products.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and promote our products.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including sales achievements, market insights, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lubricant or related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales deals.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable pricing and terms.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

Flexibility to travel to customer sites, attend meetings, and industry events as required.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
