Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:
Provide a variety of haircut and grooming services for men and women, including fades, layering, beard trims, and styling.

Offer additional grooming services such as shaving, hair treatments, and scalp massages.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for all tools, equipment, and workstations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized services.

Stay up to date with current trends in hairstyling and grooming for men and women.

Manage appointments and ensure punctuality while respecting clients' time.

Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a barber with expertise in both men’s and women’s haircuts and grooming.

Valid barbering certification or license.

Excellent knowledge of hairstyling techniques, tools, and products.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and travel to clients’ homes.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home-service-based barbering.

Knowledge of additional beauty services (optional but a plus).

Fluency in multiple languages.
