**Position Overview**: The IT Instructor is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional responsible for delivering high-quality educational content and fostering an engaging learning environment for students pursuing IT-related courses. This role requires a strong grasp of IT concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Requirements**:
A master's or PHD degree in a relevant IT discipline or a closely related field from a western accredited university.

Experienced and a solid background in Pearson BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Programmes

Strong expertise and experience in various areas of IT, such as Website Development, Programming, Data Modelling, IT Project Management, Artificial Intelligence.

A minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably at the higher education level is desirable.

Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Course Delivery**:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, group discussions, multimedia presentations, and practical exercises.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure student comprehension.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of curriculum materials, course outlines, and instructional resources.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and changes in the IT field to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.

**Student Engagement and Support**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to students, both in and outside of the classroom, to help them succeed academically and professionally.
- Address student questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and constructively.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design, administer, and grade assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide enough case studies for understanding IT analytics.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay current with developments in pedagogy and educational technology, incorporating innovative teaching methods and tools into the classroom.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth, such as attending workshops, training sessions, or obtaining advanced degrees.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, academic departments, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated academic experience for students.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
