**Dhobee Laundry, Ras Al Khaimah** is looking for a smart lady & experienced Housekeeping Supervisor & Asst. Manager to manage our current Housekeeping team.
Roles & Responsibilities include
1. Self Experience in Housekeeping is a must to manage & Train our existing Housekeeping staff to give the best quality service experience to our customers
2. Must have good sense of logistics management to minimise fuel costs & pre planning of staff schedule as per Customers requirements
3. Meet Customers periodically & encourage them for our Monthly, Yearly contracts
4. Manage the cash flow, collections, due collections from customers or staff to avoid financial losses after work done.
5. Must be well versed to communicate with customers in English & Arabic.
6. Must possess Strong relationship building qualities with customers & motivate them to be regular monthly clients.
7. Carry a strong sense of Honesty & Integrity towards clients & company.
8. Must Train new staff & encourage them for better services always in line with the company policies.
9. Must be able to control all Housekeeping staff & take decisions whenever needed for betterment of the business & customer relationships.
10. Must be able to work on scheduling of staff for various home orders & place them efficiently to use the fullest working hours of each staff.

Languages known : English & Arabic
Driving Licence : will be an advantage for consideration
