Key Responsibilities:
**Creative Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Guide the team through the creative process, providing clear direction while encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Oversee the development of all creative assets, including but not limited to graphics, videos, 3D models, branding, and marketing materials.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity within the team.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand project requirements, ensuring the creative work aligns with client goals and expectations.
- Ensure that all creative work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

**Design and Standard**:

- Lead the design and development of digital and print materials, including social media content, website designs, advertisements, branding elements, event collateral, and more.
- Produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and advertisements.
- Manage 3D design and modelling for event setups, exhibitions, and virtual simulations.
- Provide feedback and revisions to creative team members to ensure the highest standard of work is achieved.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with the marketing, events, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts across all marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to bring additional expertise to the projects.
- Ensure open communication and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling creative outputs.

**Quality Control**
- Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet the agency's standards and client expectations.
- Keep the team updated on trends, best practices, and new technologies in design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or events agency.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and 3D modelling tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, colour theory, typography, video editing techniques, and 3D design.
- Advanced proficiency in software tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, and AutoCAD etc.
- Creative vision and the ability to think outside the box to produce innovative, engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design quality.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across graphic design, video production, and 3D modelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Experience in event design and production, particularly in a marketing or advertising context.
- Familiarity with web and app design is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
