**Job Title**:ULD Controller**
**Core Job Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, arrange and transfer ULD, Nets & streps between the stations, when necessary, and providing it in appointed times for each station and in all various operating sites.
- Make sure of providing ULD and equipment necessary in airports in appropriate timing appointments.
- Prepare arrangements to allocate, move and transfer ULD between the stations due to the needs of each station.
- Participation in arranging and preparing the needs of charter flights, stations and new directions, and make sure of providing equipment and supply airports with fixtures which are provided before the running of cargo flights.
- Keeping the records related to allocate, transfer, move ULD and shipping containers and update them continuously.
- Follow-up and control the borrowed equipment and lend it to others, as well as review invoices and payments.
- Participation in organize, coordinate land cargo movements.
- Insert information necessary related to equipment, devices and ULD Manager and update it regularly, as well as support and control problems that stations may face and resolve it correctly.
- Keep the self-informed during self-learning initiatives and training determined for developments in all respects relevant in terms of operations control.
- Ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within area of responsibility.
- Any other duties assigned by superiors.
- Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;
- Follow established and not to take short cuts;
- Assist safety and security investigations;
- Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;
- Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;
- Provide proposals for management system improvements;
- Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan
- Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.
**Authority**:
- Transfer ULD and equipment to different stations as required.
**Educational Qualifications**:
Any Relevant Degree.
**Years of Experience**:
Minimum 2+years experience of ground handling equipment or aircraft load controller
**Nature of Experience**:
Aviation Background
