**JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Assistant**

**REPORTING TO**:Digital Marketing Supervisor

**TERMS**:Full time

**LOCATION**:Dubai, UAE

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience as a marketing assistant or in the digital marketing industry something similar
- Superior Organizational and Time management skills
- Knowledge in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
- Must Be Fluent in English (Verbal and Written communication skills)
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the marketing team with planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including copy, posts, scheduling, testing, and database management
- Post scheduling in Meta Business Suite, replying to inquiries, and setting up organic and paid social ads
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing campaigns
- Creating detailed and visually appealing campaign performance reports, weekly client decks, etc.
