**Position Overview**:
As an Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients within our inpatient unit. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with various medical conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who values teamwork, continuous learning, and is dedicated to promoting the well-being of patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the inpatient unit.
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, identifying any changes and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and necessary lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.

**Qualifications**:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in DOH
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Experience in an inpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
