Prepares tenancy contracts and follows-up their renewals
- Manages the rent renewals with tenants negotiationing with them any new terms or rental increases
- Collects rent payment in a timely manner
- Liase with accounting peers in order to deliver the operations
- Generates financial reports
- It is responsible for other accounting activities relating to property management between landlord, tenant and H&H
- Assists the Leasing team in advertising property availability
- Completes the documentation for new leases (tenancy).
- Get new rental rates approved by Landlords
- Get authority approval for all leasing banner and billboards.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
