Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Support the HR team with organizing and coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Help maintain and update HR databases and systems
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate on HR projects such as employee retention strategies, development plans, and other initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings
**Requirements to apply**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment
