**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative video concepts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and directing talent.
- Operate professional video equipment, **including cameras,Drones, lenses, tripods, stabilizers, and audio recording devices.**:

- Capture high-quality footage and ensure proper framing, composition, and camera movements.
- Color grading with **Davinci Resolve**:

- Enhance videos with appropriate color grading, sound design, music, graphics, and visual effects.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet their expectations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in videography, editing, and storytelling to continuously improve the quality and impact of our videos.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior videographers and editors, offering constructive feedback and assisting with their professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in operating professional video equipment and software, including cameras,Drones, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to Color grading with davinci
- Proficiency in video editing techniques, including cutting, splicing, sequencing, color grading, and audio editing.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography principles.
- Knowledge of current trends in video production, including social media video formats and optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
