We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Market Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field research to gather valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in market analysis and a desire to build a career in market research.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, field marketing and cold outreach.
- Promote Wordcraft's Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to potential clients. Compellingly present our offerings, highlighting our expertise, quality, and competitive advantages.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with our growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative approaches to expand our market presence.
- Sales and Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets aligned with the company's objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly, providing insights to improve results.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for management review.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take the lead in field research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing research requirements.
- Familiarity with basic data collection tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Adherence to ethical standards in research practices.

**Salary Range: 1500 - 2500 AED**
