As we continue to expand our brand presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Professional Videographer and video Editor to join our dynamic team.

As a Professional Videographer at Matilda Cakes and Sweets, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our brand through compelling visual storytelling. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for video content.
- Shooting high-quality footage of our cakes, pastries, and confections in various settings, including our bakery, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensuring that lighting, composition, and audio are optimized to achieve the desired aesthetic and mood.
- Editing raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our video content.
- Managing video production schedules, equipment, and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing innovative ideas to elevate our video marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in shooting and editing high-quality video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.
- A passion for visual storytelling and a genuine appreciation for the art of filmmaking.
- Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
