**Responsibilities**:

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- assists with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training; determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
- Guiding people practices such as restructures and succession planning

Assist HR Manager with employee reviews and performance appraisals. Coordinates and participates in the completion of terminations and exit interviews.

**Qualification/requirement**
- 2 years of experience as a HR Officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS and resume databases
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- **Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports; maintains company organisation charts and employee directory with an ultimate objective to a paperless and green office strategy by the end of 2023.**:

- Handles follow-up insurance and worker's compensation claims. Handles return-to-work and disability slips.
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
