**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data for improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires close collaboration with operational teams to maintain high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Report directly to the Contract Manager and manage all quality aspects of the contract according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and CEPA EN 16636 (European Standard for Pest Management).
- Acquire and maintain required certifications.
- Implement and oversee the Contract Quality Plan.
- Ensure all quality requirements and standards comply with Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines.
- Develop and implement quality inspection and testing plans to ensure service effectiveness.
- Investigate customer requirements and expectations; take necessary actions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze processes for continuous improvement and identify potential failure modes.
- Oversee quality team performance and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including procedures and process flows.
- Conduct in-process defect analysis, investigate root causes, and develop countermeasures.
- Perform quality audits, manage reporting processes, and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Monitor quality control systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Produce reports on nonconformances, daily operational quality, root cause analyses, and quality trends.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in environmental services.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification; BCM Lead Auditor/Implementer certification (ISO 22301) preferred.
Strong knowledge of management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
**Benefits**:
