Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
- Making a Proper Quotation for the customer and Order Necessary Parts
- Informing customers about potential cost savings
- Assisting customers with deciding to fix their car through the our garage
- Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow
- Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UAE Automotive: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
