As the OI intern, you will be responsible for scheduling and calendaring meetings with Senior Managers and project stakeholders, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and materials needed to prepare for each meeting. You will also be responsible for attending meetings, taking notes, and producing accurate meeting minutes for circulation to relevant parties, as well as creating and following up on action items and project tasks, to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

Given our significant footprint in the EMEA region, you will be working with a diverse workforce, and previous exposure to international cultures is preferred. You will be responsible for engaging with people from different cultural backgrounds and adapting your communication style to ensure effective collaboration.

To excel in this role, the OI intern should have good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to draw insights and identify opportunities for improvement. You should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately, producing high-quality work within set deadlines.

The OI intern will support the Senior Managers in organizing and facilitating Lean Six Sigma and related trainings.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in Design Thinking, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and who is looking to develop their skills in process improvement, data analysis, and project management. By the end of the internship, you will have gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will have the skills and confidence to take on a variety of challenging business projects.

**EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS**

**_Process Optimization_**
- Conduct both ad-hoc and structured data analysis projects, gathering data from various sources, analyzing it, and creating reports with actionable insights.
- Manage project tasks and timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the creation of change management-related materials, such as training materials, process maps, and process improvement plans.
- Lead and run simple process improvement activities, including creating and following up on action items and project tasks.
- Support various administrative and management tasks such as scheduling and calendaring meetings, taking notes, producing accurate meeting minutes, and following up on action items and project tasks.
- Assist in implementing process optimization projects and monitor their performance and adoption post-implementation to identify areas for improvement

**CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED**

**_Education or Certification_**
- In final stage of business school or hotel management degree
- Classes completed in Process Improvement/ Six Sigma &/or Marketing would be beneficial but not essential

**_Experience:_**
- Experience in the hotel/travel industry beneficial
