**Job Title: Topographic and Geotechnical Surveyor**

**Department**: Engineering

**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Summary**:
We're searching for a skilled and experienced surveyor to join our team and provide comprehensive topographic survey and soil testing services for various construction projects. You'll play a vital role in gathering essential data, analyzing soil conditions, and guaranteeing project success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct accurate topographic surveys with advanced equipment like total stations and GNSS receivers.
- Collect soil samples and perform laboratory tests to analyze properties.
- Analyze geotechnical data to assess risks and recommend foundation design and earthworks solutions.
- Prepare detailed topographic maps, plans, and reports with clarity and industry standards in mind.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Maintain meticulous field records and documentation.
- Prioritize safety protocols and best practices in all fieldwork activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably with exposure to geotechnical principles.
- Strong proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, Trimble Business Center).
- Thorough understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical testing procedures.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
