**Position: Videographer / Photographer**
**Location: Dubai, UAE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality videos and photographs of our properties, including interiors, exteriors, amenities, and surrounding areas.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects to effectively showcase our properties and brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute visual content strategies that align with company objectives.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and photography techniques.
- Manage equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software, to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Coordinate with property managers and other team members to schedule photo and video shoots efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate or architectural photography/videography.
- With a minimum of a year of experience.
- Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting techniques, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Creative eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
