Operation Managaer

Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- Design and implement preventative maintenance programs which reduce the risk of equipment failure and maximize productivity.
- Ensure that all maintenance operations are following company policy and UAE fire code / guidelines.
- Implement workplace safety policies and standards in operations.
- Look for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and reduce cost.
- Maintain accurate record of AMC operations at sites and present to upper management reports of daily activities.
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Maintain good business relationship with clients & suppliers and consultants.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience of Fire protection project management.
- Fire AMC Experience is a must.
- Valid UAE driving license.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
