**Team Management and Coordination**:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Government Relations and Mobilization.

Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among team members.

**Saudi Visa Strategy and Compliance**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Saudi visa strategy to support the smooth entry and stay of international personnel.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable Saudi visa regulations and requirements, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.

**Government Relations**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients (both corporate and individual), government agencies, diplomatic missions, and relevant authorities to facilitate Saudi visa processes efficiently.

Collaborate with Government Relations team as well as Channel Partners globally to address any Saudi visa-related challenges, seeking solutions to expedite the process where possible.

**Visa Application Coordination**:
Work closely with Mobilization teams and Channel Partners globally to ensure smooth logístical coordination related to Saudi visa processing.

**Risk Management**:
Monitor Saudi visa processing times and anticipate potential delays, taking proactive measures to minimize disruptions to international personnel.

**Reporting and Metrics**:
Analyze visa-related data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in managing international Saudi visa processes and personnel mobility.

In-depth knowledge of international Saudi visa regulations, immigration laws, and government relations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.

Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to navigate complex visa challenges effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance with all Saudi visa-related requirements.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Saudi visa documents processing: 5 years (required)
