We are looking to employ a MEP Supervisor cum Sales with outstanding knowledge of sales building trades, cleaning procedures, commercial/residential repairs and maintenance. An individual expected to have outstanding organizational time management skills, able to display natural leadership and possesses fantastic communication skills with great eye for details.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **MEP Supervision and Leadership**:_
- _Lead a team of MEP technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations._
- _Delegate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities._
- _Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability among the team members._
- _Oversee the regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various facilities._
- _Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on schedule._
- _Troubleshoot issues with MEP systems, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions._
- _Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history._
- _Generate reports on the status of MEP systems, highlighting any issues, recommendations, or improvements needed._
- _Collaborate with the management team to prepare comprehensive reports for clients and stakeholders._
- _Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, spare parts, and services as required._
- _Ensure that contracted services are delivered according to agreed-upon terms and standards._
- _Review quotations, negotiate prices, and make recommendations for vendor selection._
- _Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all MEP work is completed in compliance with established industry standards and company guidelines._
- _Monitor the performance of MEP systems and equipment to identify potential areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement._
- _Assist in the preparation of annual budgets related to MEP maintenance and repairs._
- _Monitor expenditures and control costs to ensure budget adherence without compromising on quality and safety._
- _Stay updated on local regulations, codes, and standards related to MEP systems and ensure company-wide compliance._
- _Work closely with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure that all MEP systems meet regulatory requirements._
- **Sales Duties**:_
- _Actively engage in sales activities to promote company products or services to potential customers._
- _Identify and pursue new sales leads, making cold calls, attending trade shows, and networking to expand the customer base._
- _Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services._
- _Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints._
- _Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets._
- _Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns._

**General Duties**:

- _Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, vendors and team members._
- _Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements to enhance technical knowledge and sales effectiveness._
- _Analyze sales and maintenance data, generating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and legal regulations._
- _Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations._

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- _Minimum 2 years work experience in UAE in a MEP/Contracting/Construction company_
- _Diploma or Degree in Engineering Electrical/Civil_
- _Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems._
- _Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively._
- _Knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and regulations is highly desirable._
- _Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure._
- _Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality._
- _Previous sales experience and strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills._
- _Must have a valid UAE driver’s license._

**Salary**: From AED3,999.00 per month
