_Car Rental Sales Agent - Quick Drive_
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional car rental sales agent for our offices in DUBAI, UAE.

Qualifications:

- 1. Must hold a graduate degree or equivalent.
- 2. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 3. Prior experience in car rental/sales would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend to them the best solution.
- Calling existing as well as prospective customers and aiding in customer acquisition.
- Processing the documents submitted by the customers.
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products like SCDW insurance, child safety seats, etc.
- Monitoring daily and monthly sales.
- Meeting the targets set by the management.
- Customer Service Executive role is to handle the car rental counter business and ensure to consistently provide high level of customer service, process accurate documentation in renting out vehicle.
- The role requires an experience in Sales & Customer Service, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Car Rental experience mandatory.
- Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
- Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
- Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
- Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
- Enter and maintain information in location logs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and perform associated custodial duties.
- Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.

**Pay**
- Additional commissions.
- Other allowances as required by the UAE laws.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
