**Job Title**: AC and Kitchen Duct Cleaning Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Duct Cleaning**: Perform thorough cleaning of air conditioning ducts, kitchen exhaust systems, and related components to remove dust, debris, grease, and contaminants.
- **Inspection**: Inspect ductwork, vents, and HVAC systems to identify blockages, leaks, or damage that may affect performance or air quality.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems, including filter replacements, fan cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed, provide recommendations for system improvements, and answer any questions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports, service logs, and customer interactions.
- **Equipment Handling**: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum systems, air compressors, and specialized brushes used in duct cleaning.
- **Problem Solving**: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and kitchen ducts, providing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other technicians and team members to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standard.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kitchen Duct, AC duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or a related field.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in HVAC or duct cleaning (e.g., NADCA certification) are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
