Sales Coordinator

**ROLE PURPOSE**
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related things. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Arrange the meetings for Director - Business Development.
- Assisting in drafting the tender.
- Creation of reservations & bookings both in manual and Dynamics, for new and existing clients.
- Assisting walk-in clients and existing clients, with new opportunities.
- Following up with leasing expiration, making quotations, and LPOS.
- Making sure all individual agreements are done and sent to clients, and following up for collection, to make sure the agreements are up to date.
- Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Coordination with clients for the collection of required documentation.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules filing important documents, and communicating relevant information (LPO, and related documents).
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by the Sales Team Member.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness with the Sales Team Members.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Follow up with Sales Reservation Tracker.
- Coordination with the Credit department for approvals of reservations and working closely for renewal of expiry of contracts.
- Coordinate with Operations & Workshop department for bike releasing.
- Maintaining of sales pipeline with new clients and sales opportunities.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material for boxes and riders.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports (PTC).
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Monitoring of Salik/DARB and RTA files and communicate with Accounts department for invoicing.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
**SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE**
- Must possess excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Maintained relationships with vendors with excellent customer sales skills.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the hours necessary to accomplish the job duties.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
