**Responsibilities -**
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence for the Development team.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records related to projects, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information for team members.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, relaying messages and ensuring clear communication within the Development team and other departments.
- Project Assistance: Assist with project-related tasks as needed, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining project timelines.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation for team members, including managing itineraries and handling travel-related documentation.
- Office Supplies and Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources for efficient operations.
**Requirements -**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or secretarial experience, ideally within the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
