**Position Overview**:
We seek a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our fiberglass company. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the on-site execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and coordination skills will be essential in maintaining smooth operations, managing subcontractors, and delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**: Lead and manage all on-site activities throughout the interior fit-out project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

**Team Leadership**: Supervise and direct the activities of the project team, including subcontractors, craftsmen, and laborers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality workmanship.

**Schedule Management**: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Proactively identify and address potential delays, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

**Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to quality standards, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry and company guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Health and Safety**: Champion a strong safety culture on the site, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to minimize risks and promote a safe work environment.

**Materials and Resources**: Manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials and resources required for the project. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project disruptions.

**Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication on-site. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and solutions. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address any concerns or changes.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve project-related challenges, conflicts, and obstacles as they arise. Propose innovative solutions to maintain project momentum and achieve project objectives.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including site reports, progress reports, change orders, and any other relevant records. Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fibreglass, construction, or related field (**Experience must be in UAE).**:

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and technical documents.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices within the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between project sites.
- Must be Fluent In English and Hindi
