Location: Fujairah, UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and navigate the crew boat safely and efficiently within Fujairah Port's anchorage services area.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the vessel and its equipment to ensure seaworthiness.
- Manage and supervise the crew members on board, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with port authorities, clients, and other vessels as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of voyages, cargo, crew, and any incidents or emergencies that may occur.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies, including medical emergencies or distress signals.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) with UAE endorsement for vessels below 500 GRT.
- Completion of relevant safety training courses, including but not limited to, STCW certification.
- Proven experience as a Captain or Officer on crew boats or similar small vessels.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent navigational and seamanship abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends or holidays as required by operational needs.
