- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor and inspect electrical systems and installations to ensure quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively on-site.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for electrical work.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the team when necessary.
- Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety measures and best practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of **5-7 years of experience** in electrical construction, with at least **3 years as a Foreman**.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols in the UAE.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
