Piping Draughtsman

GA Drawings, Floor plans, sectional view/views along grids. With member size identification Connection details, Bolted or welded, Welding Symbols.
- Preparation of isometric drawing along with bill of material.
- Preparation of bulk materials MTO for piping and structural.
- Preparation of GA and details fabrication drawing, preparation of piping layout drawing.
- Preparation of materials requisition.
- Preparation of structural detail drawing.
- Preparation of piping layout drawing.
- Plat cutting layout and CNC program.
- Perform site survey - whenever required.
- Review and understand plot plan, GA, P&ID, isometric drawing, Hook-up drawing, bulk material MTO, etc
- Shall understand clearly shop and filed joints, and type of welds, and weld process. For blotted connections, clear blot spacings and hole size."
- Material grades, any special certification required, and long lead items identification
- Gratings, Load Bar direction, panel sizes, weights of each panel for easy installation, and grating standards LIFTING DRAWINGD
- Preparation of 3D Modelling of skid by using CADWORX, SMART PLANT 3D, PDMS, E3D
- Review of clash checking
- Preparing Transportation drawing of skid
- Preparing Hook UP drawing for skid
- Preparing Lifting arrangement drawing for skid
- Converting the 3D Modelling to Shop Drawing (e.g., Spool drawing & Fabrication detail drawings)
- Prepare Purchase request and submit to Procurement
- Prepare TDC as per specification and standard
- Preparing As-Built drawing to support the QC dossier
- Understanding SOW, Specification and Standard
- Comply to the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
