- Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end campaigns, from planning to analysis and optimization.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media ads to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with digital trends and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators) for smooth execution.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
- Expertise in strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong skills in SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, and content marketing.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
