Multi Welder

Shall have sound technical knowledge in materials, welding & gouging processes, NDE inspection processes and general construction activities.
- Should be able to qualify third party welding qualification test in 6G position.
- Must have the knowledge of English speaking and writing (as all our procedures and forms in English).
- Read and interpret weld process according to AWS and ASME section IX.
- Proficient in structural/vessel tack weld for fitting, MIG/FCAW/TIG/SAW/SMAW welding, burners, and similar equipment.
- Having sound knowledge of fabrication processes and principles (Welding, cutting, pressing, gas/plasma cutting works, fit up work etc.).
- Expertise knowledge in tools required for welding and gouging.
- Solid blueprint interpretation skills and well versed with engineering drawings of Hydraulic Workover Unit Structures, hydraulic power pack skid, mud pump skids, enclosures, mud systems, pressure vessels, piping and process.
- Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of welding in Oil and Gas projects.
- Certificate/cards of welder performance qualification of various welding processes like GTAW, SMAW & FCAW Welding.

ITI, Mechanical diploma/Technical training certificates in Welding.
