**YOUR IMPACT ______**

The **Regional Architecture & Visual Merchandising (VM)** department is part of **Parfums Christian Dior Orient (PCDO)**, in charge of an area of 600 point of sales amongst 33 countries and 24 agents in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and India.

Reporting to the** Regional Trade & Merchandising Manager**, you will be responsible for creating and designing outstanding retail animations across the region. While liaising with different markets and departments, you ensure an excellent experience as per the Maison standards.

**YOUR MISSION ______**

Your main assignment will be focused on:
**Support in Trade Animations (Off counter)**
- Design of popups, animations & events following brand guidelines.
- Adaptation of international guidelines.
- Drafting of 2D and 3D models and renders.
- Management of supplier production briefs.
- Support / taking lead on technical packages.
- Support on negotiations of quotations and deadlines.
- Providing retro planning and managing installation deadlines.
- Follow up of production, materials selection and quality control.
- Creation of bespoke opening books and guidelines for popup operations.
- Follow up and ensuring the good execution on the field: implementation, quality of installation, merchandising.
- Reporting to the regional management regarding projects implementations.

**Support in VM Animations (On counter)**
- Support the implementation of on counter Visual Merchandising plan.
- Working with local and regional VM and Architecture teams in developing oncounter VM animations.
- Tailoring and upgrading global VM guidelines to enhance our boutique & flagship doors.
- Adapting generic VM to bespoke POS windows, animation walls and spaces.
- Supporting regional and local technical drawing, production, installation of on counter animation.

**Implement Animation Guidelines**
- Deployment of retail animations according to the animation / trade marketing plan.
- Adaptation international guidelines for local implementation.
- Tailoring VM booklets with guidelines for each animation theme for the markets.
- Control of quality and good execution of each animation.
- Provide regular reports to the regional management regarding projects implementations.

**Support Events**
- Provide guidelines and creative support for instore and external events.

**Profile**:

- Graduate in Design.
- Ability to use computer aided design packages
- Essential - Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, Office
- Ideally - AutoCAD, Rendering, Premier Pro, Indesign.
- Experience / interest in retail and Cosmetic industry
- Able to communicate in English essential (Written & Verbal). French / Arabic are a plus.
- Able to manage budget, and understand technical drawings.
- Ability to manage relationships and client servicing skills.
