**JOB TITLE**: Driver cum Helper

**POSITION REPORTS TO**: Head of Operations

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver cum Helper to join our team and play a crucial role in our logistics and warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Driving and Transport**:

- Safely operate a 3-ton truck to transport goods between the warehouse and client locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, adhering to scheduled routes.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.

**Loading and Unloading**:

- Loading and unloading goods at both warehouse and client locations.
- Handle goods with care, ensuring they are properly secured during transport.

**Order Tracking and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure proper documentation is completed for each shipment.
- Communicate with the warehouse team regarding order statuses and delivery schedules.

**Warehouse Support**:

- Assist the warehouse team in organizing and managing inventory.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent service and support during deliveries.
- Address any delivery-related inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications / Key Skills Required**:

- Valid UAE manual driving license (for 3-ton trucks).
- Proven experience as a truck driver and helper, with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- A customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in driving and warehousing.
